Reporting infringing material

If material on Latent infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to represent, send a notice that includes:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
2. The exact URL(s) on Latent (e.g. /wikis/<id>/pages/<path>).
3. Your contact information (full name, address, phone, email).
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights-holder, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights-holder.
6. A physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If we remove content you uploaded and you believe it was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same designated agent.

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
