Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-17
This is a placeholder. A reviewed privacy policy must replace this document before launch. The structure below reflects what the final policy is expected to cover.
What we collect
- Account data — username, display name, email, avatar URL, optional bio. Sourced from Clerk on sign-up.
- Wiki content — pages, sources, and metadata you upload via the web app or MCP API.
- Operational telemetry — request logs (with IP/user-agent), API key last-used timestamps, MCP read counts. Used for abuse mitigation and product metrics.
- Embeddings — vector representations of your sources and pages, stored in pgvector. Generated by sending text to a third-party embedding provider (Voyage or OpenAI, configurable).
What we do not collect
We do not send your wikis to LLMs for generation. Your agent does that client-side; the platform stores, indexes, and serves.
Sharing
- Public wikis are visible to anyone, including unauthenticated visitors and search-engine crawlers.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We rely on Clerk for authentication and on Voyage/OpenAI for embeddings. Their privacy practices govern data they receive.
Your rights
You can export your wikis, pages, sources, and activity log at any time from /settings. You can delete your account from the same page; deletion cascades through your wikis, sources, and API keys.
